Refund and Returns Policy Web Innovation computer shop
At Web Innovation, we have a 30-day refund and returns policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it,
and in its original packaging. Some goods cannot be returned, such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We also cannot accept returns for gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.
Please ensure you provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Note that items cannot be sent back to the manufacturer.
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund, while sale items cannot be refunded.
If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged item,

If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return if the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you.
If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later or if the item wasn’t marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Please note
that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
